So for these few weeks, you must have been aware that there's thousand of street banners and flags along the street and people distributing pamplets allerting peole about how good their representatives are.

Those people went all the way to the pasar malam to promote themselves blocking people's way and wth even took picture middle of the busy pm.
They'd even cause noise pollution. Having the lion dance and the chinese drum, drumming for few freakin' hours nonstop!! Grhh...

And tomorrow will be the big day. Vote wisely. Think twice before you do your decision.

My Top 5 Favourite Brand

There are this few brands which i loved and which is affordable to me :

1. Nike - love their sport shoes and also nike t-shirts (i usually only buy those on sales or form nike factory outlet in penang or jb)
2. Roxy - roxy represents youth to me....and i think it's really important for girls to wear something young and cute...love its bags, tees and flip flops
3. Ipanema - one will need a nice comfy flip flops or sandals....you can wear it anywhere anytime..for the price you pay for a pair of ipanema it is really worth it
4. PDI - support M'sian brand!! always get their stuff when it is 50% or 70% off...
5. Guess - not really affordable to me larr :P But i just love this brand..bro got me a wallet of this brand. Loved it!

Today our uni launched the International Women's Day and they invited TARA 2 runner up - Pam and Van as guests.
I actually wanted to go to have a look on the 2 pretty babes cuz i've been following this season's TARA 2.
Somehow since none of my friend is free i ended up going working :(((

Went to toilet with Kim in the middle of working, and coincidently the lauching's just over and i get to meet Pamela and Vanessa !!
Really happy...finally got a glimpse of the 2 girls after watching them on tv for so long.

Wow man...they're really Hottttt.....omgggg those ang moh features' super chio that i wish i had some ang moh blood running in mah body.

Simple is nice

I've changed back using the old-traditioned blogspot template.
Enough of complicated html codes and fancy template and now it's back to the simple one.

It kinda signifies my life. Hope that i'll have the simple yet wonderful days.

Roland Asia Pacific Piano Competition

Yay..!! The competition is finally over.
Win or not i'm already satisfied with the performance today. No major breakdown, and no memory slips.
Muahaha...1st time i went to KLPAC it was to watch the HSBC STRINGS FESTIVAL and today we actually get to perform on the stage. Awesome!

Tomorrow night will be the Gala Concert.

Weekend

Whoop...been away from the blogga world for 2 days.
For this 2 days + the day before i'm having headache or migraine i'm not very sure.
I'm feeling much better now. Guess it might be the stress that causes my sickness.

Friday went to meet bo them after master class. Went to Neway for K session for about 4 hours++. First time i sang for so long and also first time i sang so many english songs in the karaoke. HuiZhen and PS almost sang the whole classic songs of BSB. Hahaa...
Had Secret Recipe before heading home.

Saturday had to cancel my plan to play badminton and yam cha with them cause my head was still feeling dizzy.
Somehow i did get better at night. So after dinner bro suggested we go genting.
Reached there almost 10pm. Walked for a while then followed my parents to casino again.
I really don't understand why those people would rather throw their big buckets of money for betting then keeping it or buying something really precious.

Next week will be the week!!!
Let's not talk about it cuz i'm afraid i will get nervous breakdown.

I'm finally done with those midterms. So happy until i feel like jumping around here and there like the bunny!!

Did u guys managed to catch the last epi of TARA 2??
It was really awesome especially watching my favourite team won. So much better than the last TARA 1.

Hectic Month

I gotta say this month's the busiest month so far in uni.

CNY holidays, midterms, recital and competition.

So many things packed in a month. When Feb is over i will be half dead i guess.

2 more midterms to go. Spa with HT. And and and....HuiZhen just sms-ed me asking me whether wanna go BSB concert at Sunway Lagoon on 27th Feb night. Seriously feel like going but i got so many classes on that day plus comp will be 3 days apart.

Aighh...So many things yet to be done :(

Hunger is Mah Biggest Weakness

Had Mcd yesterday with yvonne them. The food can't seems to digest fast and today i'm having bloated stomach.
Told myself that i'm gonna eat less tonight.
Ya' know i fail to control myself larr..when midnight stikes in, my mouth started to get itchyfied eventhough i'm not feeling hungry.
Stuffed myself with some sinful crackers.
Arghh....feeling so guilty now. I'm such a badass for food!!

Today while i was going to the bus station to board the bus home i met Xiao Man. It's what a suprise cuz i haven't met her for like ages. Glad to hear that she's doing well.

Been surfing some online shopping sites.
Kinda saw a few second hand tee and a purse that i like.
But i really don't know whether is it reliable or not to buy something online cuz i've never tried before.
How?? To buy or not to buy?

I think my angpao money will be spent in just one month. What to do..i still need to get a metronome which i don't really like using it.

Tm net sucks.....you pay 88 bucks per month and u don't get the FREE UNLIMITED BROADBAND SERVICE !! Duh..and 2 working days for them to send up the whatever report. Adui -_-

Done with aural dictation, recital on the V-Day. Later that night, had to study for history. So many people praying that night and playing darn pretty FIREWORKS.
It's like five places having fireworks at the same time making u can't concentrate at all. Couples celebrating V-Day and ppl praying when midnight clocks in, i wonder how mich are they enjoying the moment.
Next time they shall have a special day for the SINGLES k!! Liddat only fair lor..

Didn't get a lot of angpaos mainly because there's only my family and some friends at hometown. No relatives at all :(

Anyway, dad gave us the biggest angpao i've ever get in my life. Well...as a good daughter i'm saving up 60% of the money while the rest will be spend on a electronic metronome plus some books.

Ate lots of tit bits at home. Pimples popping up.

Like what everyone loves to say HUAT AHHHHH or supposedly FaTTTTT ahhhhh!!!

Hmm this sem is gonna be the most challenging sem i guess because i'm taking all those level 4 (highest level) theory,aural....

Hate theory thingie. I'd rather practise more cuz really prefer practical stuff.

Time passes really fast and now here comes another chinese new year.

Most people will be back at their kampung to be reunited with their love ones.

While my family will be staying back, basically we stay home every year around this period.

On the 30th night, we'll be praying for the ancestors and as well hoping for another smooth year.

1st of cny will be a day of visiting from houses to houses of my classmates. As year goes by, it's harder and harder to gather everyone.

This year round, we'll be having a gathering dinner with the ex 5 beta classmates. Am really hoping that everyone will be present.

I've already thought of how am i going to use my ANG PAU money. Hopefully i'll get a decent amount this year. Haha

Been helping mum making some cny tit bits. It's really fun eventhough it might be a lil' tiring.

Can't wait to wear all my new clothes and doll up. Imma gonna be da hottest in town!

haha...am so in love with the drum now even only after having a few lessons.

So much more interesting and cool compared to classical thingie.

The lecturer asked me why i thought of signing up drum lesson and i told him cuz it's not so boring.

If ever i have enough money now i'll surely get a drum set.

Hopefully i'll be hardworking and practise to improve!!

Snowstorm

I do believe most of us who are living in m'sia do not have the chance to experience the chilling winter and snow falling.

Most of us are dreaded to know what is it like for winter time and having snow flakes falling down from the sky and everypart of the scenery turns snowwhite.

Somehow, people in china who are now facing the snow storm are suffering.

Imagine those beggars or homeless kids staying outdoor without shelthers, it must have been shivering cold for them.

Electricity, phone lines, water supply has been cut off.

Felt sympathy after watching a show tonight about how people are suffering from this unfortunate disaster especially during the CNY period. Everyone or i should say every chinese wants to go home and have a cosy reunion dinner with their beloved ones after being away from their family for one whole year.

Somehow without the train system functioning, their dreams are dashed. They had to stay back.

Heard from the show that there's a guy who've walked 16 hours in the snowstorm just to look for the girlfriend who's been sick and stranded along some highway. When the guy reached the city where the girl is, he's been suffering from frosbyte ( his legs feeling numb or prob dead )

Was so sad to hear this kinda touching stories.

Pray for them and let's hope that they can get back for the cny.

My first piano competition

Miss rommie called me just now.
Guess what?
WE'RE IN FOR THE FINALS OF THE ROLAND DUET COMPETITION !!!

Suprise. Shock. Happy. Excited. Stresssss

The finals falls on 1st of March. If i'm not mistaken, i think we need to prepare another piece for finals. I'm not even done with memorising my jury pieces and now there'll be another task for me.

Wow...challenging huh **

Broadband at home is cool

Wow...dad finally agreed to fix streamyx at home.
Am so glad with that. No more waiting for 5 minutes or more to load a page and making me feeling so frustrated.
I guess i will be more willing to come home earlier every week.


Felt so sleepy today during aural class.
Can't even concentrate.
Felt as though i was dreaming through the whole aural lecture.

Since there's now broadband at home, i've got so many things to blog about that i miss out
- my 2 months holidays
- my shanghai trip
and yada yada...

Heard the Czardas being again yesterday during cme.
I love this piece!!
Wonder when will i be up to that standard to play the piece.


Major lesson yesterday was really interesting.
My lecturer taught me about the expression while playing a piece.
Try to imagine the picture in your mind, sing the melody in your heart and flow with the music....
Haha...i think what i did's still looks a bit un-natural or fake. Well it takes time and practise to perfect things.


Went to PM with Ann yesterday.
It's raining cats and dogs and we had to had dinner first just to wait for the rain to stop.
So many nice things to see there.
I thought i'm bored with PM stuff and will never get myself tempted to buy.
And i failed to controlling myself to buy stuff.
Bought a liquid eyeliner, nail polish and a blouse.


Got home at 10pm.
Started doing aural at 11pm. My melodic dictation really sucks. Had to stop every bar to listen.
Haiiiii....

Rommie came back at almost midnight.
Then 3 of us started kacau each other again.
Helped Ann to do her new blog template.
Haha call me the html pro.
Somehow don't know what happened and my blog template kinda got messed up ( but i didn't even edit it)

Slept very late and ended up skipping theory today.
:( feel so guilty

Took me so long to figure out the html code.
But i think html codes are kinda interesting. Once you know it then you'll be able to do a lot of things.

My theory textbook somehow got lost, and i don't know why or where i left it (most prob in the practise room)

It's been lost for 2 weeks and i thought it will be gone forever.

I've even taken the textbook to photostat.

Yesterday Ann msg me while i'm having group lesson.

Her msg goes like " Rain, i got u an early bday gift!! "

My first instinct was that she must be kidding.

I was kinda hoping that it's my theory book.

And it's really my textbook she'd found.

Another year of being single ....i've been single all my life till now.

Coincidently i'll be playing a romantic period piece by maestro Mendelssohn.

Doesn't really sounds romantic to me but grand and loud. Like my attitude!!

Life in KL is super stressful.

Feelings

The passion towards it is somehow fading.
I don't know whether i can stay with it.
At times i feel like letting go.

It was something and the only thing that i've been dreaming ever since i'm young.

Saddening part is that there's no internet in our condo which makes life a bit boring.

Excited and nervous for both minors and the first lesson for both is on next mon!!

Wow the most shocking news beginning of this new year surely goes to the famous politician aka main actress of a sex scandal!!
Aighh..as a leader they should have bahave themselves and be responsible.
The man's lucky enough though because his wife is still supportive towards his action of whatever. If it was me i would have kick and slap the guy hard,take away all his properties before divorcing him. Haha
I guess this must be a alert to those other politicians to beware in everything they did.

The day that marks the finale of 2007

Time flies and in hours of time we will be celebrating the coming of 2008.

So what's your plan for tonite's countdown celebration?

Well the hittest and hottest countdown will be in The Boulevard,Midvalley.

It'll be great if i can go for it but it's a bit cousy.

And so i shall spend the NYE at mah darling hometown with a bunch of loved ones.

Having dinner with them and maybe later yamcha again.

Haha that's the kind of normal things we used to do in hometown because of the lack of entertainment facilities here.

And i suspest there's a lizard hiding in my room but just can't figure where the hell it is.
It's been making me feeling very uneasy plus that the spapce of my room is real small and i'd be imaginating it crawling over my bed when i'm sleeping!!
I heard the sound again yesterday night. Finally found out that the stupid freakin' lizard was actually hiding behind the potrait on the wall. It really freaks me out.
Stood there for at least 10 mins figuring out what to do with it - catch it myself or wake my dad up to catch it.
Decided i'd better not do both. So i went over to bro's room to sleep instead.
Arghh..stupid i really hate those lizards!!

Just came back from Ipoh yesterday night.
Went to have steak with the gang later that night.
The place's really dark and we only had a candle to light up the table.
Haha..there's even santa there giving us a Hamper and a present. So nice!!
After filling our stomuch, we decided to go B's house for karaoke.
It didn't really work out well cuz those guys decided to gamble instead of sing.
So there i was watching them gamble till late night *2am !!
Seldom been out till so late except during CNY and there goes my christmas countdown.
Slept very late and i'm havin a dizzy head when i woke up this morning.

It's snowing in LA and bro's there!!

Hols + home + all the festive season = lots of calories intake

Non-stop eating everyday partly cuz it's to comfy at home.

The IDOL thingie

So The Star newspaper finally wrote comments of the Asian Idol.
Agreed with them.
Basically all the idols were good.
Somehow the luck's on Hady boy side i guess.

Besides the Asian Idol, they also introduced the 12 finalists of OneInAMillion 2.
Quite saddening to know that most of those are Malays.
I wish there'll be more chinese representatives.
One thing that i think is very unfair is that a few of the finalists are actually local artist with a few albums under their belts.
Obviously they've been through the vocal training under professionals.
Helloooo....don't cha think it is unfair to compete with ppl who've been trained and who've not.
I don't really like those 2 judges. Sometimes those comment given aren't useful AT ALL!!

Music makes u lose control

Was blastin' the speakers to maximum volume with LinkinPark, SeanPaul, JustinTimberlake and MyChemical Romance music just now.
Those music really work in pumping ur adrelina high *imagine i'm in the club house now* Wow!

Mrs.Stock came while i was listening to those music.
Had to quickly pause it in case she heard something like Justin's " damn gurl,damn gurl.."
hehe can't imagine her reaction if she heard it.

Which is so saddening.

The air's been so damp these few weeks because of the rain that goes on and off daily.

Clothes' been hanging for days to dry out.

Southern part of M'sia been flooded like metres high.

And Kuantan's one of the unlucky town ( which mean i can't go to caryn's place )

Haha..we sorta have a lil gathering yesterday before they leave today.

No more badminton'ing and yam cha session without them i guess.

I was really tired and dozing off half way through the film but i managed to keep myself awake and enjoyed the whole movie.

The seats in the cinema's so comfy!!!

Next time i'll surelly op to watch movie there.

Received my next sem bill ( headache for dad again ) and the resit for the Roland piano competition.

Aiikkss..the date for the comp will be around 7th to 18th Jan.

I'm so dead cuz it's real hard to memorize that piece alone without the primo part.



Really growing mushroom at home now.

Yamcha yesterday nite with the gang then went to bo's house for mahjong till midnight and badminton with them this afternoon.

Other than that i'll be lying on the couch beign the LAZY COUCH POTATO.

I met LEE HOM yesterday!!!!!!
Was at Shanghai airport yesterday waiting to board the flight to HK.
I saw a tall and good looking guy queieng up waiting to check in.
At first didn't realise it was him until he came close and i saw him taking a violin and there's a keychain with his name on.

I was so so sooooooooOOOO excited when he was standing juz beside me about 20cm apart!!!
i was so nervous and excited and heartbeat pumping faster than usual..
He was wearing a artist cap and sunnies and havin the 3 days moustache
Saw him took off his sunnies went checking in (scream!!!) He's so handsome.
We were on the same flight!!!


Too excited until i didn't dare to go up and ask to snap a pic with him. Shytto!
I should have grab the one in a million opportunity to snap a pic with him.
Only manage to curi curi took a part of him far away and unclear of him.

Later that i know he was boarding the Dragonair@Cathay Pacific aeroplain to HK then to Taiwan to attend the Golden Horse Award.
I can't believe i saw again appearing on the live telecast at the Golden Horse Award yesterday night.
