I Survived H1N1 in Jeju, Korea (P3)

The pictures have been in the lappie forever and I've find the motivation to blog bout it.

Was supposed to do my programme notes but blogging is more fun isn't it?! :P

Day 4

View from the room remained the same throughout our 9 days stay at Jeju Keju.
Halla-san the highest mountain in South Korea.

Had to clean our room by ourselves because we're being quarantined and people can't come in to clean our room :(


Lunch at 12pm everyday.

It's a sad case that i don't take veges. Dislike the jap style packet curry cause it tasted very curry powder-ish. Korean food are really healthy but not my cuppa tea so i ate really little during the stay there.

Another sad case. We can't go out and therefore had to write down the junks that we want and the resort people will get it for us :(

1-100 Bingo! This was one of the entertainment.

Dinner at 6pm which was way too early for me and I always get hungry later on cause I'm used to having dinner at home at 7-8+pm.

Korean authorities gave all of us Tamiflu for free no matter we were infected or not just so that the virus won't spread around and we won't get to go back Msia.

We finished these medicines by the 5th day. Had it twice a day.
Suprisingly in most of the countries now it is hard to get this cause it's expensive.
Probably cost around 80-100 ringgit. They must have spent so much on us :P

Day 5

We were given new masks.



The lazy bum steph who did not wake up for the freakin early breakfast at 7am.

At some moment you just felt terrible cause we can't go around to see the beautiful country and had to be stucked inside here instead.

Dinner. This was consider one of the best meal in the resort cause they had sweet and sour pork and fried potatoes!
These beans are a bit too hard man.

The Old Man

...Today during lunch with mom, saw an old man eating alone by himself.

The sight of it just make me feel sad.

It makes me wonder where's his wife, kids or even friends?

The picture of the old man kept coming on to my mind.

Will I be in this kinda situation someday sometime?

Enough of emo emo thoughts, been really lazy these days to start preparing for the grad stuff.

Programme notes and stuff just give me a big headache.

I'm starting to doubt myself whether have I made the right decision.

Aiikk....just gonna hope for the best.

Raya Bbq

Had a bbq partay at Jun's place during raya.
It's my first bbq party of the year.
Since it's holidays most of us were back and it was a nice gathering of the high school friends or should I say the gathering of single club members :P
First time trying out barbeque-ing marshmallows and it's awesome!!
Can't wait for the next party.

Now that the holiday is over and they are all back to uni.
It's back to my boring life - eat, practice, internet, tv, sleep routine :(
Aikksss been missing out so much thesedays eversince i moved back home.
Hardly get to meet my uni gang and everyone seems to be busy with work.
Friends' been calling me to club and had to miss out all these!!

Fish Farm + Hiking

Brought Jun to visit dad's fish farm at old Kl road on thursday.
Bumpy journey into the fish farm and we reached there around 9am.
The sun was out by then and it was really hot.

Feeding the baby fish. Fresh water fish and the water they use is from the mountain water.

Really can't imagine life without electricity. They had to use the generator to generate electricity and they do not have a refrigerator.
I guess that's the sacrifices that people have to make to be successful eh?!

Oh forgot to tell ya....dad's fish farm rear tilapia fish and sells it to the middle man which then supply the fish around Kl area.

Too bad i don't really eat fresh water fish :P

We then headed to Perting Valley Adventure Camp for hiking.

Had to take off our shoes to cross the river behind.

Finally reached the waterfall area after around 45 minutes of walking and i was running out of breath by then.

Not many people has been inside i guess.

Found a bamboo raft there!! Too bad didn't really get to play with it cuz we didn't brought along any extra clothing incase we get wet.

It was a great adventure with the friend.
I haven't been exercising at all these days which resulted in muscles pain the next day after the hiking.
I felt as though i've got a stroke and my whole body can't move at all.
Had a bbq later that night and ate away all the calories burned earlier.
Aiikssss diet failed again this time :(
