Oh gosh i got sick again last saturday thanks to the super cold aircon at my workplace and also the germs that my students passed to me ;(((
Chinese New Year in 1 weeks ++ time and i'm super excited for it. But before the cny i gotta work out a lot this week cuz i know i'm gonna binge during cny for sure!!
Am glad that my stamina is slowly improving now and i can run for a longer period. I never love working out as much as now. Way to go =)
